Tool inputs

The current free tools process inputs in your browser. They do not upload your files or save inputs in browser storage. Closing the tab clears the current session; files you download remain on your device. Your browser or device may retain its own history or backups.

Website requests

Cloudflare provides hosting, network delivery and security services. Visiting a page sends network information such as your IP address, requested address and browser information to this infrastructure. Operational logs may be used to diagnose errors and abuse. The tool pages do not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

Support messages

Messages sent to support are forwarded through Cloudflare to a hosted Gmail inbox. We use their contents and your email address to answer questions and resolve orders. Send only information needed for your request.

Payments

When checkout becomes available, Stripe will process payment details. Order records will include information needed for delivery, refunds and accounting, such as an order identifier, purchased item, amount and delivery email. Kedop does not need your full card number to provide support.

Retention and requests

We keep support and order information as needed to resolve requests, maintain required records and handle disputes. Contact support@kedop.com to request access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

Service providers

Cloudflare, Google and Stripe may process information in countries outside your location under their own service and privacy terms. This policy will be updated before material changes to the service's data handling.
