Refund policy

Request a full refund within 7 calendar days after purchase. Downloading or opening the files does not remove eligibility.

How to request a refund

Email support@kedop.com with your order number. We will check the order and arrange the refund to the original payment method. Do not include your full card number or passwords.

Refund amount and timing

The refund covers the full amount charged for the refunded purchase. Your payment provider or bank controls when it appears in your account; we do not promise a fixed processing time.

After seven days

We will review and refund verified delivery failures or duplicate charges even after the seven-day window. Contact support with the order details so we can investigate.

This voluntary policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
